I learnt a lot about neutral spine. I enjoyed learning different cues to help with teaching. Fantastic, well-informed, friendly instructor made the whole experience fun!
I liked the breakdown and progression of exercises . Understanding of the slings , practical aspect helped me in my clinical thinking and i am excited to incorporate it into my patient treatment.
Learnt about class structure, small equipment, and progression of exercises in the Mat Work Level 2 workshop. Particularly liked the progression and variation of exercises. Loved that we did a complete 1-hour Pilates class each day to start the day!
The manual, instructions , precourse material and the time was all appropriate. I am looking forward to attend more and definitely recommend the course to others.
Very informative and helpful in preparing us for taking Pilates classes. Particularly liked the practical application of exercises and preparing and delivering a class.
