Academy of Advanced Physio Skills offers basic to advanced levels trigger point dry needling workshops.

Overview
Level 1 covers all essential theoretical aspects, anatomy, and needling for commonly involved muscles of the upper and lower limb, shoulder, hip, neck and back.
Level 2 delves into advanced techniques for deeper muscles of the pelvis, abdomen, hip, trunk ,upper and lower limb, anterior neck, hand and foot, face as well as dry needling for ligaments & tendons, periosteum, fascia, dry needling in sports, scar tissue , dry needling for pain management and more
Certification :- Following completion of both levels, the practitioner is eligible to appear for the certification exam , which will consist of theory and practical components.
Eligibility: Physiotherapists, occupational therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physicians and those with an equivalent degree

INSTRUCTOR: SUJATA KHIRE
Senior Physiotherapist | Founder & Director of TeachME HealthEvents and Academy of Advanced Physio Skills

With over a decade of experience as an educator and international teaching, Sujata is a Certified Kinesiotaping instructor from the Kinesiotaping Association International (KTAI), USA and a Senior International Dry Needling Instructor, delivering both basic and advanced workshops to health professionals since 2014. In 2018, she expanded her expertise as a Mat Pilates instructor and presenter for the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), Australia.
Sujata has served as a clinical tutor at the University of Sharjah, UAE and conducts training sessions and webinars for university students in Middle East and India.
Her partnerships with leading educational organisations, including KTAI USA, APPI Australia, the International Aquatic Therapy Faculty (IATF) in Switzerland, and The 2nd Visit in Australia, reflect her commitment to providing top-quality education.
Holding a Master’s degree inphysiotherapy, Sujata is a frequent presenter at local and international conferences. As a registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 200), she actively participates in corporate fitness programs and community outreach to promote healthier lifestyles, integrating yoga and Pilates into her practice.
Sujata’s mission is to empower health and fitness professionals through advanced education and continuous professional development.
